Staff was very friendly and on point and time with the everyday cleaning, the view was beautiful from the balcony.
I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool like I wanted because it rained almost everyday.

We arrived at 7pm after a long ride. Had to guess where to turn following GPS!
Tranquil setting. Cleanliness.
No clear signage to facility from rt 906. Once inside Palma Real propertiesvery little road lighting. Didn’t see sign for Plaza suites until the end of the road. Kept me guessing as it was nightfall when I arrived. Reception area totally dark as something had gone wrong with some electrical box?? No flashlights available to guide us to our room. No phones in the guests suites!!! No way to reach reception to report problem accessing WiFi. Window shades wouldn’t stay rolled up did not lock in place on top. Kept rolling down! Not one complimentary bottle of water for guests on arrival! No bath mat. Tiles very slippery bathroom and room.

Disappointing and frustrating from start to finish
the plaza suites routes you through booking.com without ever telling you that booking.com manages the reservation. It took me over three weeks to find out how to change the reservation and by the time it was discovered i was unable to change the checkout date. I still haven’t been able to get a full breakdown of my hotel charges to get reimbursed by my company.
The staff couldn’t care less about helping you out. If you need coffee, room clean or do not disturb requests, your requests are ignored and you randomly get the room cleaned or coffee replenished. Ice buckets are very small and you have to walk to the front office to get it. When you walk in to get ice, they look at you like you’re stealing from them. Pool is very small, fits maybe five-six people and shallow. The room didnt even have a toilet paper holder.

I loved its location, sea views, and pool area. I would definitely return for a longer stay.
I loved the space of the unit. It was big, looked like an apartment & it exceeded my expectations. It included all amenities, as if you were staying in a fully equipped rental. The rental had 2 balconies one in the room and one by the living room/dinning area, a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, The security was great, as it is located in a private gated community.
The only downside was the beach as is not suitable for bathing due to seaweed contamination & smell which I assumed is due to the hurricane.it was also a little confusing driving to the hotel as it is allocated in a big private community with different sections.
